Designed for small to medium dogs in mind, the Innotek BC-50 bark control collar automatically responds to a dog's barking with increasing level of correction being used to match the dog's motivation to bark. This anti bark collar is powered by a replaceable, small 6V alkaline battery that normally last for 3 to 6 months, depending on the how often the dog barks.

How the Innotek BC-50 Barking Collar works to stop barking dogs:

When your dog barks, the vibration sensor of the Innotek BC-50 bark control collar detects the vibration from your dog's voice box and emits the lowest level of static correction. A 2 second learning timeout follows. If your dog barks again in the next 30 seconds, the stop barking collar automatically increases to the next level of correction followed by another timeout. This process continues automatically through up to 7 levels. However, when the dog is quiet for a few minutes the collar will drop down to the previous level as the main level for the dog.

Starting at a higher level for more determined/stubborn dogs:

Due to the drive and temperament of some dogs, the Innotek BC-50 bark control collar is able to be started at a higher level of correction. This can be achieved through simply rubbing the probes on a rough surface until you see the light on the collar flash/flicker. This notes means the anti bark collar has gone up a level in correction, wait 5 seconds before repeating the process. We recommend starting at a level of 3 or 4 to begin with, as 7 is the highest level available.

Resetting the level

Just simply take the battery out and wait for about one minute, then put the battery back into the collar again. The 'memorise' level is cleared. The collar will start with the lowest level again.
